A jar lid that tells you when the last time the jar was opened and when the contents of the jar will expire once opened. That jar of whatever you have in the fridge, how old is it? No clue. No one has a clue, days, months, years? We have self driving smart cars, we can at least not get sick from eating 10 year old mustard.
